These Terms of Service govern your use of Img2World. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Img2World.

The Service

Img2World provides a custom interface that helps users turn scene images and optional text instructions into interactive AI-generated worlds. The service may rely on third-party AI generation, hosting, storage, payment, and safety providers. Img2World is an independent product and is responsible for its own interface, billing, policies, and support.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

Credits, Pricing, and Payments

Img2World sells one-time credit packs unless a different paid product is clearly shown on the pricing page. Credits are used when you submit generation tasks. The number of credits required, validity period, and included features are shown on the pricing page before purchase.

Credits may expire according to the pack you purchase. Consumed credits are generally not restored unless we determine that a service-side failure prevented the generation from completing. Pricing may change, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payments may be processed by a merchant of record or payment processor such as Creem. Their checkout, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment rules may also apply.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. If you have a billing issue, contact support@img2world.com with the email used for purchase and any order information you have.

Acceptable Use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use Img2World to generate, request, upload, share, or distribute:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or exploitative content.
• Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe contexts.
• Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or face-manipulation content.
• Harassment, hateful, violent, threatening, or abusive content.
• Illegal activity, regulated goods, weapons, fraud, scams, malware, credential theft, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other third-party rights.

We may block prompts, reject generations, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused.

Prompt Screening and Safety

User-supplied prompts that may reach image, video, or world generation models may be screened before generation. If a prompt is blocked or safety screening is temporarily unavailable, the generation may not proceed. Do not attempt to bypass screening or other safety controls.

User Content and Rights

You are responsible for the images, prompts, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, process, and use that content.

You retain any rights you have in your inputs. Subject to these Terms and the rights of third-party providers, you may use generated outputs for lawful purposes. You grant Img2World the rights needed to host, process, store, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the service, operate safety systems, provide support, and improve reliability.

AI outputs can be unpredictable and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before using or sharing them.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Img2World available, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, pricing, or access when needed for operations, security, legal compliance, or business reasons.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, misuse credits or payments, or use Img2World for prohibited purposes.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Img2World makes no warranties about uninterrupted access, generation quality, commercial suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the legality of how you use generated outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Img2World will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Img2World after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
